It may not be the same as having your favourite squat rack, or yoga class – but those things will be waiting for you when all of this is over. All you need is a smartphone, WiFi and either a computer or a TV screen, and you can be dancing to some of the hottest hits. Follow along to the moves on the screen, you can do it solo or with friends! This is going to be especially fun for those of us who lived for Dance Dance Revolution back in the day.

Let’s Get Physical with Dua Lipa
Move over TikTok, the only choreography we want to do is from Dua Lipa’s new music video. Work those glutes with ‘Hip Thrusters’, feel the burn in your hips with ‘The Fonda’ and tone your thighs with the ‘Step & Touch’. It’s not exactly a fitness routine, but if you’re not exactly a fitness perfect, it’s a perfect way to stay in shape. And bonus points: you’ll have some cool new moves when we can all go clubbing again!

Her channel (which is completely free!), Yoga with Adriene, has almost seven million subscribers, and she has yoga flows for everyone from complete beginners to super models. She even has a 10-minute routine with Karlie Kloss. Her 30 Days of Yoga challenge is a great way to keep yourself accountable every day, and it’s suitable for all levels.
